２Fフロアはダイニングバースペース　「INTERNATIONAL　LANGUAGE CAFE＆BAR LUCA」（カウンター席含む４２席）

外国人STAFFも働いているこの店では、気軽に英会話も楽しめます。（2011,12月現在　リトアニア・ロシア・スペイン・ブラジル・インドネシア中国在籍）　御希望があればSTAFFにお尋ねくださいませ。またカクテルは１００種類に近いカクテルがオーダーできます。（￥４００～）

お料理は日本・イタリア・ブラジルをはじめ世界各国の美味しいと思った料理を当店シェフが創作しています。（￥３５０～）

またダーツゲームなどで盛り上がったりアットホームな感じでお一人様でも安心してお楽しみできる店内をコンセプトにしておりますので、気軽にSTAFF達にお声をおかけ下さいませ。

On the WEEKDAYS, Billy’s works as a SHOT BAR, and, on request, it can turn in a place for your Party!

On the WEEKENDS it becomes a CLUB where you can enjoy all kind of music and dance !

Therefore everytime you can find a new mood and a different atmosphere and you will never be bored!

Moreover you can watch the European Leagues on our maxi-screen, during the most important soccer competition!

And because there are still a lot of reasons why you should choose Billy’s bar, come and try! We are sure you will enjoy it !

and, you know, a cocktail made by a cute girl always tastes good, doesn’t it? (^_-)

Furthermore, because we have a big projector, DJ booth and a karaoke machine,

you will have always an HQ sound during your b-day and karaoke parties, and you will be able to sing how long as you like!

We are fully equipped so, if you are more than 20 people, you can even rent the Second Floor and more than 35 people, you can rent Third floor!

We can host every kind of Events: “nijikai” (= continuation of a party in a second place/bar), “Compa” (= Group dating party), b-day parties and so on.

-Because it has been really popular, even in 2009 you can rent for free our DJ equipment
(just on the weekend, Only for the DJ EVENT and Band EVENT you will be asked for a service fee of 1h/11000yen).

So please, consider us for dj events, “nomikai”, “compa” and wedding “nijikai”.

We will provide for the staff!

In other clubs Dj equipment is really expensive and you cannot organize your personal event, isn’t it?but “we don’t care!”

Talking with our staff might be useful even for students of foreigner languages, as a conversation practice.
